We are committed to providing fresh, organic, balanced meals, most of which are made from scratch. Our meal rotation ensures that children are exposed to a variety of nutritious options each day, with a focus on diversity by introducing dishes from different cultures. This early exposure to different foods helps broaden their taste preferences and encourages a more open-minded approach to eating.
Each lunch includes a balanced combination of a carbohydrate, protein, and vegetable to support healthy growth and energy throughout the day.
Breakfast
A typical breakfast includes:
Milk, breakfast burrito with cheese , eggs and potatoes, fruits
Homemade blueberry muffins, homemade fruit/veg smoothies with flax seeds
Raisin bread, chicken sausage, fruit and milk

A typical lunch includes:
Wild caught salmon, wild rice, asparagus, milk, fruit
Spaghetti and homemade meatballs with steamed carrots, milk, fruit
Cod over rice, mixed vegetable, milk and fruit
Chicken Quesadilla, peas, fruit and milk
Shrimp, butter toast, bellpeppers and fruit, milk
Afternoon Snacks
A typical snack includes: cheese and crackers, fruit
Smoked salmon and toast, fruit
